Google, MLB Team For VR Tours Of Baseball Parks

Google is slowly building up a catalog of virtual content for VR users (and just anyone that likes interactive software) and this time they’re partnering up with MLB to give you an incredibly detailed look at several famous baseball parks.

You’ll be able to access new Expeditions including virtual tours of Citi Field Oriole Park in New York and Baltimore, respectively, virtual career tours of reporters and broadcasters, and a Statcast tour that breaks down the math and physics behind professional baseball.

It’s an entertaining way for any baseball fan to pass some time, but Google is also releasing a few free lessons to go along with some of the expeditions for teachers and schools, layering in some Google Education tricks for good measure.

These new experiences join Google’s massive catalog of educational Expeditions, which you can access for free through their app.
