NBC Bay Area is getting a look at a popular exhibition that’s back for a longterm stay at the San Jose Tech Museum, and this time it has a new spin. This is the third time the museum has hosted Body Worlds Decoded. It features eight real human bodies preserved through a process called plastination. The exhibit also includes what the museum calls a first: an augmented reality feature allowing people to use a handheld device to explore models of human organs. The museum can alter the exhibit’s virtual 3D content when it wants.
