Chinese augmented reality education brand Yangshu Wenhua has secured RMB250 million (US$37 million) in series B funding round. According to Crunchbase, the round was led by New Horizon Capital, with GGV Capital and Qualcomm.
Yangshu Wenhua develops interactive smart hardware and augmented reality education products targeted at children between two and ten years old.
Dream Box, Pocket Zoo and augmented reality painting book series NeoBear are some of the key products that the company offers.
Another key product is AR Globe. An augmented reality application to help children explore the world’s popular locations using a mobile device.
