UK based virtual reality developer and publisher nDreams, announced that it has received an investment of £2 million ($2.5 million), in the first of a two-stage round.
The major part of the investment came from a UK investment group called Mercia Technologies PLC, who has previously invested £4.1 million into nDreams. The rest of the investment comes from a group of angel investors. The new fund will be used to develop multiple VR projects, the company said in an official statement.
nDreams has already published a number of VR titles for all major mobile and high-end VR platforms . These titles include SkyDIEving, Gunner, Perfect Beach and The Assembly . The company also recently released Danger Goat, its first title for Google’s mobile VR headset Daydream.
